This is a Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) elective TABC for Patrol Officers online training course offered for Texas Peace Officers, Jailers, and Telecommunicators.

This course provides patrol officers with a comprehensive understanding of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code (TABC), focusing on key sections relevant to law enforcement. Officers will learn to effectively enforce alcohol-related laws, including handling violations such as underage drinking, public intoxication, illegal alcohol sales, and more. The course covers important definitions, licensing regulations, penalties, and enforcement procedures. By the end of the course, officers will be equipped to make informed decisions in the field and apply enforcement measures with confidence, ensuring public safety and legal compliance.

Please note, the entire course (including any applicable course parts), final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive three (3) hours of course credit.

TCOLE Reporting
