This is a Coronavirus [COVID19] & Law Enforcement online training course offered for Peace Officers, Jailers, and Telecommunicators.

This course focuses on a new and deadly disease called COVID-19, more commonly referred to as Coronavirus. We discuss CDC guidelines for law enforcement relative to the virus, the risks associated with the virus, and respiratory exposure precautions. The course describes the difference between quarantine and isolation and lists precautions to employ when dealing with combative subjects that are suspected of having Coronavirus. Also covered is what you as a peace officer should do to protect yourself, your loved ones, and the public as you go about your duties.

Please note, the entire course, final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive four (4) hours of course credit.
