This is a Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) elective Deep Undercover Survival #3308 online training course offered for Texas Peace Officers, Jailers, and Telecommunicators.

This course was developed by experienced covert operations agents who trained others and served in deep undercover operations supporting peace officers considering or currently operating in a deep-cover environment. For an agency or someone just considering a deep-cover assignment, it will help prepare you for the challenges ahead. For the experienced deep-undercover officer, we hope to shed light on new trade-craft and tactics that may add to your life safety.

Elements of this course include preparations for entry, defining the mission, intelligence gathering, developing your new persona, disguises, selecting a safe house, preventing agents from being turned, legal considerations for proving your case, and much more. 

Please note, the entire course, final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive four (4) hours of course credit.

TCOLE Reporting
