This is an OSS Academy® Internal Affairs Investigations course online training course offered for Peace Officers, Jailers, and Telecommunicators. As a supervisor you have been assigned the task of investigating a resident’s complaint against an officer. Do you know how to proceed? What does the complainant expect? What can you legally ask an officer under investigation? What happens to the files when you have completed work?
